well i pulled out a spark plug on my VG30E and it was burnt and had oil on it. I was told it could be internal, the rings on the piston is shot or my valvues aren't working right. either way something is wrong with the engine. The loan it is on is so corrupted and screwed that i can't just sell it so i was wondering if the VG30DE engine out of like a 92 - 94 SE or 95 - 99 engine would fit cleanly with my engine mounts and auto transmission?
any suggestions or advice?

VG30E-T is the single turbo out of a 300zx right?
would the VG30DETT fit with twin turbo's?
and if not would the VG30E-T bolt right up with what i got now?
without having to modify the whole engine bay or transmission?

Yes. Z31(84-89 300zx).

Not without some major surgery. The VG30DETT is absolutely MASSIVE! If you've ever seen one out of an engine bay(like me) you know there is no way in hell it will fit without making body mods. Not to mention the turboes/intercoolers.

i'm worried bout the cost and transmissions and stuff, i found a VG30ET for $595. If i don't have to buy a new transmission it's not going to dig into my pocket to much. Damn i want to do it.
