Anyone replace tie rod ends?

I did a search and didnt see anything on doing this yourself. I notice the other day that the rubber "bushing" with grease in it where the tie rods connect to the arm that turns the wheel was torn and all the grease was leaking out. Im new the this kind of repair. Is it hard to replace these and what are they called?

Thanks guys,

I replaced mine...not terribly difficult...you'll probably need some "heat" to heat up the bolts behind them so you can "break" them they borrow one of those forks from autozone/pepboys...or buy one (under $20), get a hammer...and that is basically it...not terribly difficult...get a Chiltons manual...or FSM...that should help
