I would like to know if anyone has the spring springs on their third generation and how they are. I am gonna get the 1.8 drop ones. Does anyone have these i would like to know if they are good. Alsop i would like to know if anyone has the kyb gr2's and how they are thanks. Can they with stand 18 inch rims?
That's what suspension setup I'm running right now. It's a little rough, but thats to be expected with the struts and the low drop. I'll let you know how the ride with 18s is by next summer

I'm planning on getting at least Toks before I get some new rims. They will probably be blown before then anyways.Eagles Fan 4 Lyfe

might as well stick w/ the kyb's then b/c the toks will last just as long. Mine fronts are just toast since i switched over to the Intrax.. time to swap to Koni's Originally posted by KLoWnPR109

Thanks but i would like to know how good the sprint springs are and also more importantly can the kyb's handle the rims or will either get ruined fast?

I've got Eibach's 1.25" drop and KYB's, as a matter of fact this is my second set. For the $ they are fine I haven't had any problems with them and they are working with my 18x8.5 Seducers. I'm replacing them because I wore out the last set, I used to have a long comute (160 miles a day).

About how long did the kybs last you? I have a commute the same length, highway drive avg. speed of 95-100, and I'm thinking of going with the Eibach/KYB GR2 combo. Would this be a good choice or do the struts wear out quickly?Originally posted by Green Gobblin
