Yep, I finally got my newer 5 speed going, but it's got problems. Foremost, the little SOB will not idle for anything. When cooler it stays about 1000 and will randomly drop down to 3-600. The bad part is, when I hit the gas and let off it drops even lower, as in 1-400. It usually comes back and it idles as before; randomly diving every few seconds. The really bad part is when I'm going around a corner, pop the cluth in, and it does its little thing like always except that it drops that extra 50 RPM and stalls out. This is driving me nuts. I have a new fuel filter, putting it on tomorrow, but I doubt it will affect the situation..
