I made a mistake. The brake lights work it's the runing lights and all the interior lights that are out.

My friend had a problem like that in his car and the fuse kept on blowing. The culprit was one of the main fuses located in the engine bay, you can check those to see if that is your problem.

Ok would the fuse be blown? if so wouldn't that show up as another problem?

If the fuse is blown, it's because there is a short somewhere, now it could've of also happened when doing an electrical install of some sort. My friend was removing his subs and he caused a short there and it blew the fuse under the hood, yes most likely if the fuse is blown there is a short and it should be found before it happens again.

dash, marker, parking, and tail lights

Same thing just started with my 90. Replace the 10amp fuse and all the lights are ok as long as car is not moving. Drive, and within 2 miles the fuse blows. Things I've done lately: Replaced one tail light 1157 bulb. Adjusted steering wheel angle. Replaced starter.
Guess we all know that the parking, side marker, tail, and dash lights are on the same circuit. Another thread I read talked about bundle of dash wires near the steering column. That's a possibility I'll check. Hope someone might have another suggestion or two!!

I did the corner light rewire and my fuse was blowing. I replaced it with a 15 amp which I know I shouldnt do but all has been fine. This morning it was like 0 degrees and all lights came on, even brake lights but corner lights and dash lights did not until 25 min into my commute they just came on. I did notice that the column switch was very stiff and hard to turn as it was so cold. I think that mine had a loose or bad contact in the switch that once warmed up made better contact. Anyway, good luck.
