Can anyone help me out with the location of the neutral safety switch on a '91 SE?

Look on top of the tranny on the drivers side and find you shift linkage, follow the flat y shaped plate that its connected to down the back of the tranny youll see some wires there follow the wires thats where it is you may need a mirror to see it or take the y linkage off to see it good. FYI you can adjust these its described in the Haynes manual on how to do it
