Replacing Fan and Motor

Fan blade and motor need replaced on the passenger side. Haynes mauanl says to drain the radiator and remove hose. Looks like there might be enough clearance without having to go that far. Anyone else change one?

Do you need a fan and motor? If so I can sell you one and let you know about your question as I practice removing it from my junker.

If you R speaking of the rad fan, then why don't you simply remove the shrowd holding the fans. That's what I did when I removed the broken studs in my front exhust manifold. Comes off real easy = six bolts I think, but remember to lable the two electrical connectons, top and bottom.

Good Luck
