Need help on a quick question....asap....!!!!

Ok this is the deal, I had my water pump replaced at school around christmas and everything was doing just fine untill I was driving on the freeway yesterday when I heard on of my pulleys fly off the bolt and onto the road. I lost my power sterring and my engine temperature went up and steam started coming out of my reservoir. Now I think it was either idller pulley or the tensioner pulley that came off and i'm not sure which one it is. I need to know so I can have the school order another pulley and the bolt that goes on top of it.

*Note: The pulley has a long bolt that goes inside of it and is bolted on the otherside of the pulley by a bolt that fits on top and around the long bolt. This all holds the pulley in place.
