Pop charger maintenance

I have had my JWT intake in for about 5 months now, and I am starting to notice my gas mileage getting worse. Is it about time to clean and re-oil it?

When I clean and re-oil it, should I just use the K&N kit, because right now it's a turquoise color, but if I use the K&N stuff it's red oil. Same thing? Or is there a palce to get more JWT-style oil? Lastly, how do I know how much oil to put on, and what's the best process? Thanks.
