VE30 head swap

VE30 head swap
Is it possible to swap my VE30 head with VQ head's. How easy would it be. VQ having better head flow design etc... and No VTC trouble is the bonus. Remaping the ecu with a hot chip or the like is not a problem.
The other idea I came up with was to totally remove the VTC acuator with a Something with no moving parts like a machined bolt with oil passage for oil flow I haven't taken my vtc's off my car yet to have a look at them, they're starting to make the tick tick noise off and on.
I'm just asking the question to find the possible fixes. Any other Ideas.

VE and VQ series engines are completely different. Even if they did "bolt up"
1) Do the oil/water passages line up?
2) How do you account for any front cover differences?
3) Which chain do you use?
4) How do you know VQ heads flow any different?
As for getting rid of the vtc assemblies, the best way would be to install another exhaust cam sprocket and totally eliminate the VTC.
Of course, you would either lose top/bottem end depending how it sets up. But you would be losing hp for SURE either way somewhere

Thats the question I'm asking is it possible to do the head swap econmically. Just asking a question if knows or has the resorses to find out.
The Better flow was an est. because the VQ made more Hp with out increasing displacement the cylinder head flow increase was logical. To me aleast.
Or is porting flow benching the VE heads and changing the exhaust cam Sprocket easier. Question Is it hard changing the sprocket and How.
Just asking.

You've been owned by insufficent reasearch 
. The difference in power is due to the intake manifold and displacement design. I don't believe anyone has flow bench info on VE heads. Of course that isn't stopping you from getting an extra set of heads and getting the info yourself. The VQ makes more lowend and midrange torque, while the VE has more toppend torque.
