which injector to replace

anybody know how to figure out which injector to replace..
car has a definite miss and pop pop not so fast anymore
..did anybody try taking out the injector rail and pressurize to
check if there is a leak...it could be a fire starter if done indoors
any ideas will be welcome

While the car is running, pull a spark plug wire off each cyliner, one at a time. You'll notice a change in the sound of the engine. The one wire that you pull off and the sound of the engine doesn't change, that's the one that's dead. Hope I could help.

Somehow that seems a little unhealthy for the car... but I guess it's better than a busted injector...
