Think about it for a second... take 1991 and subtract 50 years from it and what do you get?

Ya i know it doesnt add up. But the emblem on the grill does look pretty real.

And also the 2001 AE 25th anniv edition kinda blows it out of the water to

maybe that's an emblem for how many years Nissan/Datsun has been making cars but I doubt they go that far.

He is just a hell of a salesman, i'd want him to be selling my car. Think about it, he got you to second guess general knowledge, he probably sells hella cars to the average people.

The car is powered by the
famous, dependable, powerful and efficient 3000 ECCS Nissan V6 fuel injected engine
WTF? don't you mean the low-tech, workhorse version of a VG30 that gets about 25mpg on highway drives?

Slide into the supple leather seats that have little cracking

Some scratches and scuffs around.

The park lock switch on the center console shift lever is safe.
you don't say??

Dual spray washers provide excellent visability.
No they don't. they provide a method of squirting cleaner onto the windshield so that the wipers can clean it and prodive better visibility. I believe they're aldo a requirement by the DOT?

REMEMBER YOU ARE BIDDING ON A USED CAR.
Translation: This car is a POS that's got a lot of hidden problems and drivetrain stuff that I didn't tell you about.

note the seller has zero feedback and only ONE car on auction. As a seller with the name "karzzrus" (cars are us), you would think they'd list more than one car at a time for sale.

Also note the driver's seat has a tear in it on the left lumbar support, and the butt-panel looks like the seams are splitting. few cracks indeed

or mabey the captain obvious squad, anyone with a brain could have figured that out, when people are trying to sell you with washer nozzels I doubt theres anything that fantastic about the car, if they had light-up washer nozzels I bet he would have said "and the new washer nozzels provide extra lighting on those very dark nights"

It still doesn't add up right. Nissan started in 1933

we know the badge isn't meant for that maxima so there is a possibility that the badge isn't even from a 1991 car

(nice job on the your valve cover btw)

Ew the emblem doesnt even look good.

Judging from the design on the '50' of the emblem it looks like a design theme outta the mid-late 80's. Certainly an outdated text/logo/design. But ew it doesnt even fit the front properly.

Actually thinking about it now...

I doubt it's even from a car. It looks like something ripped off a plaque. lol

Any way you go, it's definately not from a Maxima. He's gotten bids on the car, so someone must believe him, just a shame whoever wins will think they have a very rare car. Maybe they'll visit the org and we can set them straight.

Re: trust me

Ahaha I knew it was a mid-80's design theme!! From that I did a little research

And Nismo is right....it IS from a Z.

1984 50th anniversary 300zx

That logo was put on each car behind the two front wheels.

http://zhome.com/History/ZX1.htm

WTF is this guy thinking...

Wouldn't that 'high tech' Sony head unit require removal of the 'great sounding' bose speakers too?

thats true. However, consider the following: he is marketing a "50th Anniversary" maxima. He probably either didn't get the adapter, or he doesn't even know what speakers are behind the grilles.
