I have a 92 Maxima, and my parents bought it off the showroom floor in early 93, and I got it when i was 16, now 20 Its now overdue way overdue, its time for a CD/Cassette deck, and I want BOSE Only, and I have been looking on eBay and seeing alot of CD/Cassette Decks, that will fit a 92, but im wondering about the wiring, and if any of you know about it please email me, the ones on ebay ive seen have been from 1994,1995,1996,1997 models, and several people and a couple of dealers have told me it would fit and work fine. My model is the loaded one, all except for leather seats, but i dont know why it didnt come with a cd player to begin with

But anyway let me know I need help!!!!!

Well I have the BOSE head unit from a 1997 Nissan Maxima and it works perfectly on my 1992 Nissan Maxima such as you have. I had a custom harness made, or you can splice wire to wire and it will work fine. I also have had it for a year and it works pefectly and it matches the interior very nicely.
