I Think it's my Wire Harness...
Issue: Headlights
Problem: Once in a while, I'll turn on my lights and only one will work. I pop the hood and push on the wire that comes outa the actual bulb, and it comes on.
Advice: Could it be a freyed (sp) wire in the harness fitting? Corosion?

take off the headlight bulb, look at the harness...if its black, brown and burnt replace it with another 9004 harness.

is it DIY or harder? All I would do is match up corresponding color wires right?

the wires on the new plug will all be black, but all you have to is match up the positions of the wires on the old plug to the new plug ex. the red wire with black stripe is in the middle location on the stock plug, then connect the red wire with black stripe to the middle wire on the new plug. and I wouldnt even use butt connectors get some heat shrink tubing and do it right.
Me and D-sta just did this on my car last weekend, like I said in the other post the new plugs will be very tight so grease them with some vaseline or something to make it easier to slide the bulbs in and out.
