Bose stereo fuses

Bose stereo fuses
Recently I left my lights on in my 90SE 5 speed and the battery died. Got a jump that for some reason popped the fusible link coming off the battery. Alternator died the next day. The car did start so I don't think we did anything wrong with the jump. On the way home some accessories did not work. Was getting flashing of the brake and antilock lights.
Searched here (Thanks!) and found that the fusible link was probably the cause. Replaced that and all accessories except the Bose began working. The lights on the face come on with the headlights but the head unit does not power up.
I checked the audio and the 2 Bose fuses and all look ok. Checked every other fuse in the panel and all look ok. I read that there may be a fuse on the back of the unit. Couldnt figure how to get easy access to the back. I removed the panel by the computer. Used a mirror to look up there. Couldnt see a fuse.
My question is: Is there a fuse on the back of the HU? Are there any other fuses or fusible links I should check?
Thanks in advance!
