Guys,
I have 93 maxima SE with only 72K miles. OF course I am not the first owner.. I got it two years ago. Then on I have maintained it well.

Then I replaced lot of things
Spark plugs, PCV valve, Air Filter, O2 sensor, and Fuel pump
ThenI clean Throttle body and IACV ..
Till few months ago it was running well.. Now since couple of months I am feeling my car is losing power gradually...

I press gas hard it is kind of stuck at below 2K rpm then it shoots up 4K rpm all of a sudden.. Again it doesn't feel like a car with 190 HP

What could have been wrong...? Is there any thing I can look into?

I hate to take it to dealer.. They won't add any value...other than ripping..!!

check the artice at the top of the 3rd gen page- heat soak gone with knoke sensor it could be your problem
