Tranny went South finally.

Tranny (A/T) rebuild, $2,400.
Two year Powertrain warrenty when I bought the car, $800.

Also, had that front end high speed shimmy. The Hunter balancer took care of that. Normally $100 for that deal. My mechanic did it for free. (14 years of going to him helped there.)
Timing chain tensioner is next.

Awaiting the arrival of the latest mod, WSP Y. Should have gotten the high flow cat as well but one thing at a time.
