update on my car

iight in feb i got into another accident in the snow my baby was hurt bad. i took it to this shop in gboro and got it fixed. i went up there today and they said they need to rewire the whole car and they are charging me 600 more to do the job. but the car look great they put a whole new paint job on the car with a four year warranty. my only problem with the paint job is that they painted everything gold even the bottom part that use to be gray. they even painted the splash gaurds. i'm it still looks ok but i didn't get to see it washed with and all cleaned up it might turn out to be real tight. crossing my fingers

that right there would make me VERY doubtful of the quality of the paint job they did...was it a simple spray over or did they properly prep it(ie-sanding, masking, etc.)??

as for the re-wiring, why do they need ot do that, did they explain??
