"free" checkup from nissan, should I go?

I'm weary of going to the Nissan Dealership near me as I know nothing about them and don't trust any of the dealerships regardless. I recently received a "free" multi-point inspection, which I have no clue if it even costs anything normally anyway, I haven't had work done at a dealer in probably 3 or 4 years. It just seems to me they are going to tell me 10 different things that aren't really wrong with the car.

My question is, is it even worth taking it to the dealer to get this inspection done?

yeah, that's the attitude i'm taking. I'm almost 100% sure I'll get a call asking me which things they want me to have them do, of which I'll say zero...
