i have been wanting to put some strobes in my headlights for a while now. i finally found some at pep boys. my question is, how difficult are they to put in? these ones have wires comming out of each end of the strobe light. does it need to be put in horizontily? i dont want to ruin my headlights by trying to put something in that is unnecesary. i read the article on chestons site. has anyone in here done this yet? did you have a hard time with it?

What kind of flash rate does the Pep Boy's strobe lights use? Do both strobes flash simultaneously? or does it flash alternatly with single flashes or double flashes or triple flashes? Please let me know. Thanks

all i can really tell you about them is that they came in a pack with just one light in it, so im guessing they would flash randomly. unlike the ones from streetglow.com, these had wire comming from both ends of the light so it would be harder to install them.

Galls?

I have a Galls catalog... which basically
sells cop gear and they carry really simple
strobes and strobe controllers for any car.
Just drill a 1 inch hole and you're cool.
The only problem is, that stuff is expensive.
i was thinking of saving up, getting the strobes,
and wiring them to my alarm.... Try stealing my car now, sucker!
