Cleaning the injector connectors I say...

I'm waiting for a friend to help me change the injector connectors for my VG, but what can I do to clean them in the mean time? I was thinking of a wire brush to clean off the terminals, but how are you supposed to take them off? Should I just try and slip something beneath the metal wire? I don't want to accidentally break the connector... :L

and also, on the top of the wires, would it cause a problem too, or just where it connects?

Its like a clip, dont break it but take it off.

Using a sandblaster to clean the injector connectors would be ideal. Then just put on a little dielectric grease on the connections. You should be good to go.

Try some Electronic Contact Cleaner in a spray can (sold at Radio Shack, etc..) It will dissolve the corrosion, then use some dielectric grease to pevent any future corrosuion.
Good luck./
