The idiot at the New Jersey DMV said that my sidemarkers aren't supposed to blink (dont they all blink on german cars and some american cars like the mercury mountaineer to name one). So i have to rewire them, but my question is, how do i fix that 3rd brake light in the spoiler. New bulbs so i know i have to run a jumper wire from the other brake lights. Anyone know what color wires to splice?

they blink when you signal..that's the only time they should be lit. some have them lighting up when the lights on...that's a no no.

i don't even know what you're trying to say on the 3rd brake light part.
it's the stock one? if it's out just change bulbs. if it's aftermkt then tap the light that's on the inside 3rd brake light (GXEs).

 

or just disconnect the sidemarkers completely.. they can't gig you for them blinking if they don' do anything. tell them they're reflectors, not sidemarkers.


rear brake light. get out a multimeter and go to town. find out what's wrong with it.
