What are the best mods to begin first, please guys tell me all of your opinions then i will respond with mine. i wanna hear what everyone has to say, also give reasons.

Check this thread out along with this and that should get you goin a bit. Depends on which direction you wanna go, but those are some of your options as far as basic to intermediate mods. Have fun and happy modding.
