I have driven on stock struts/sprints for a year and a half and its a bad idea. You might be able to get 6 months to a year, but no more! Don't push it. The ride gets much much worse. Your car will sit lower than 1.8" drop eventually once the struts have worn out. I recently replaced my struts with Koni and the front was raised about .5" from the stock set up after 1.5 yrs. If you don't want to get the struts right away, fine, but do it as soon as possible.
