Some sort of cat-back would be optimal for best gains. WSP has very good deals on b-pipes with or without a resonator. Mufflers just comes down to personal choice depending on how loud you want your car to be.

Stainless steel MIG welding is made real quick. If you order TIG welded it will take forever.

Yea I was planning on getting a aluminized mandrel bent y-pipe from warpspeed for like $200, $15 shipping. But what was the comment made about the " Stainless steel MIG welding is made real quick. If you order TIG welded it will take forever. " I just want to bolt on no other mods? which one should i go with?

TIG weld is supposedly a stronger weld. MIG is just as strong but a different process of welding. When I ordered my SS TIG welded y-pipe I would call and call and they always say that it wasn't done. So I cancelled the order and later 2 months later I ordered again but this time using MIG welding and once I ordered a week later the y-pipe was at my house.

I live in NYC also and the reason I went with Stainless steel is because of snow and salt mainly. Aluminized will rust very quick and not last as long as the SS. So what I suggest to get is "Stainless Steel Y-pipe, Mandrel Bent and MIG welded"

Took me about a week and a half to get my aluminized Y from Warpspeed. Their tech Dallas did warn me about losing a little bottom end if I got a 2 1/2" b-pipe to replace my stock one, as the stock b-pipe is only 1 7/8" (he said that reducing back-pressure substantially does reduce low RPM torque). Anyways, just something to ponder.
