92 se engine swap
I have a 92 se and one of the vtc is ticking like crazy. I prefer not to ground it. In order for me to replace 2 vtcs, gaskets and sensors which will run me about a grand, I want to put in another engine.
Can swap a 4th gen. engine like 96-98 with bolt on or little modification? I have not seen a 4th gen engine, but I was told it is the same engine.

hmmm VE = VQ
yeah they're the same..time to swap
that's a lot of work for some extra torque. if you don't want to do the VTCs and are hell bent on a swap just get a known good VE and be done with it and save some money and hassle...
