anyone with 97-99 SE wheels

I just put a set of 98 SE wheels on my 92 SE with completely stock suspension, and now my ride has become very rough, i'm know i need new struts soon anyway, but has anyone else experienced this? Also, I am having a problem with my car pulling hard when i get on slightly uneven pavement or get into some sand on the road, i'm going to change out my front left 1/2 axle soon because the CV joints are going, but does anyone know if this is what is probably causing my "pull"?

Thanks,
Chris

I have them and they are great! plus, i have overinflated tires (50 psi in recommended 44) and they work well with my stock suspension. i don't get complaints from passengers either.
