Bose Speakers

I just purchased a 93 SE with the Bose system. The rear amps were blown. I repelaced the radio with a cd changer and put pioneer speakers in the rear. I now have a buzzing noise coming from the Bose speaker in the right door (amp works). Any suggestions?
