Tranny slipping problem please help
Hey everyone ! I'm new to this forum . I hope you all can help me out ! I have a problem with my tranny slipping on my 90 se 5sp , it all started when i changed the clutch master cylinder last year cuz it was leaking pretty bad but since then the clutch has been slipping when the car gets hot . At the time the clutch may have been only a year or so old give or take a few months . I recently( few weeks ago) determined the rear main seal was leaking causing the tranny to slip( it would leave oil on my drive way ) , so I pulled the tranny and clutch replaced the seal and put a brand new clutch in ( lifetime warranty ) and it seemed fine when I test drove it but low and behold a day later my wife is like its doing it still , so I test drove it and she was right , as soon as the car heated up it started slipping ! I am lost with this , the only thing I can think of is the tranny is bad or that clutch master cylinder is bad . Yes there is oil in the tranny and the clutch slave is brand new . I'm really stumped with this I could use some help Please !
