Help on Speakers

I want to put new speakers in the back of car because the stock ones are blown. Number one how do u get off the old speakers, and also what is the size of the stock back speakers. I tried taking off the back seats to get to the speakers but the middle piece didn't unhook. Also i bought speakers but i think they're too big. So if anyone could help me out it would be great.

No, number one would be to look at the stickies at the top of the forum, everything you need is in there. Take a gander there too if you need any other help before posting.

is your max bose or non-bose? bose systems have 6 x 9's in the back and non-bose have 6.75"
