i heard that JWT cams werent that good ... i just got my cams back from paeco and they were cheaper and have a bigger lift and better hp% upgrade expected from the paeco cams. 460 for both of my cams to get grownd .. you can get any grind from paeco for our cars for 460.. well that is the SOHC price.. its 230 a cam so .. you do the math..any way i will let you know how the ones i got fit and how they perform.

too much lift and dur might result in poor idle.

While JWT cams probably aren't the best VG30 cams for max power, I'd say they kick *** for a street engine. JWT cams are good for 7-25whp over stock cams.

There are also the Nismo Euro cams for $400. I bought those and will tell you how they feel in a week or so.

You should install a higher stall torque convertor too. That will allow you to launch right at 2500rpm and the car will pull alot better. Morgan from www.z31.com used to sell cam gears that were adjustable in 3* increments, I've seen nice torque gains from this mod. Also I believe HKS sells adjustable sprockets for Z31s too. However you might have trouble locating one.
