When I pressed the button on as the green light comes on and as of the word " Cruise " light does not go on which it is not working. I've been tracing every wires that related to the CC wires. What is it left for me to check up ? Thanks.:)

have u checked the cc switch because thats another thing u can check. mine had the same problem and it was the switch.

is it the light that is not working or the acutal function?


do you know how to use the cruise control? or this is the fist time using it.?

if the cruise control works and the light doesnt come on then the bulb is dead.


How to set cruise control.
1-must be 30mph or over
2-set switch on left hand driver side consol, it says cruise, hit that switch and a Green light comes on.,
3-cruise at desired speed. ei. 55 mph
4- hit the set/coast button on the driver wheel, notice that the Green Cruise Light is on in the guage.
take foot off pedal and your cruising.


To disingage cruise control
A-Depress the brake pedal
B-Hit the cancel button
c-Put it in neautral(not suggested)

To speed up and slow down with Cruise Control on
Speed up
A hit the gas pedal(for quick speed)
B-Press and hold the set coast.
To slow down
A-Press and hold Resume buttton.

If you cancel the cruise control and want to resume, hit the resume button and the max ill acclerate back up to the set speed.

Oh yea , Also the gauge light isnt working as for cc but the rest of another gauge light is working.

No , The first time I got the car which it hasnt been working ever since by then. It has been like this for the past 6 month.

Hey , I got three cruise control which it came out of junk yard and one of them are working when i pressed the button on as the green lights goes on the button , then the gauge light goes on n off just like the ( blinker) so I thought it worked and I tried to resume and set coast which it isnt working and the gauge light keeps blinking. What does that suppose to be mean ? I ve tried everything.
