the other day i took of my right rear tire to put on my new ractive exhaust. wich sound good in all,but when i put the wheel back on i tightened it with the e-brake on. I lowered my car an now it sounds like something is rubbing in my rear drum. so i don't know if the ebrake is caught up on the in side or not,but the ebrake lever is all the way down in my car.

 

Don't know much about drums but if it were discs, i'd check to see if the caliper was sticking. Pull the wheel and see if the shoes have been rubbing.

 

my does that once in a while. loud scapping and thumping noise when i hit a bump. i think it's just old brake hardware not holding the brakes solid enough.
