93 Mass airflow sensor

Hi. After searching through the archives & FAQs I can't find information on the 93 Maxima's MAF. The information I am looking for is the maximum airflow that can be metered properly. LB/HR, HP rating or g/s would be great.
Thanks for any info.

Supposedly the MAFS can support a lot more than we can make the max produce. Unless you tubo charged. At idle the output voltage is around 1V, and it can go up to 6-7V at high rpm.
