Chrome Gauge Bezel

I know this it may have been covered before and believe me I have searched, but I can't seem to find any search that helps explain how to take apart the dash and install the Chrome Gauge Bezel. If someone could point me in the a direction that will lead me how to go about doing this, I would be very greatful. A link would be great. Thank you for your time and consideration.
