when i shut my car off, the seatbelt stops moving why is that, is there a bad relay in the car or something?

 

well if the car is off and you open the door and the shoulder strap stops then yes something is not right, but if you open the door with the car off it will drop all the way down. the only way it will stop short is if you turn the ignition on mid way check ya door pin switch!!!!

 

ecven if i open the door with the car off it wont move so it cant be a pin switch i dont think
