Help! Clutch Problems (long)

I'll start from the beginning. Ever since I bought the car, the clutch has always slipped a bit when shifting fast/driving hard. Yesterday I finally went to the strip and my best time was a 15.773@87.55mph. The 60' was 2.34. Throughout most of these runs, I tried not to slip the clutch and just let it out before getting on the gas. Afterwards, the car drove normally. Later that same night I noticed that the RPM's were hesitating/falling intermittantly between 2K-4K, and this was flooring it from a ~40mph roll. This was not very major. This morning when I drove the car, the clutch slipped very easily in any gear at any speed. The RPM's would just rev up before it started to catch. Driving slowly from a stop is still fine, and the clutch begins to grab when the pedal is ~1/2 up. I have never smelled the clutch smoking either. I have checked the fluid and even tried bleeding it. I was thinking it might be the pressure plate but does anyone have any other ideas? My car cant accelerate anymore Please help!
