Maxima gulping clutch fluid. What to do?

I keep filling up the slave cylinder with clutch fluid(DOT 3 brake fluid that is) but I'm not seeing any leaks and the clutch seems to have good pressure. Should I just go ahead and replace the slave cylinder, lower cylinder, and hose?

more likely it's the master cylinder..
look on the inside of your firewall at the top of the clutch pedal, and see if you can see the fluid leaking out there. if so, then you need to rebuild or replace your amster cylinder.

Would you buy the whole new Master cylinder or one of those refurb kits that has the rubber pieces and a new spring? Would you buy OEM or local parts store? Just wanted your opinion....

Buy a new one. It's too much of a pain in the butt to put a rebuilt one in there. It's your $ and time though!

I simply rebuilt the one I had in my car. the time to rebuild it isn't much, but I also had the proper tools to hone the cylinder walls. if you don't, then I recommend just buying a complete new/reman unit and installing it.
