finally finished the right side door handles (pics)

I finally had a little time to finish my right side door handles. I figured I would post some pics since things are a little slow right now.

again the 15s are only while I am working on the car...dont want to mess up the R6s.

I am really glad I decided to do this to the car. It is very time consuming and I kept saying "why did I decide to do this" during all the pain in the butt body work but I just think it looks so clean and is different too.

I have to do a little more finish work on them but they are real close to being perfect as they are now.

here are the pics.

Man... I thought about doing that to my car while she's in for paint. But I kind of like the way it looks being framed by the lines right now. I think I'm gonna try a quick Photochop to see what that looks like in black. But that looks really nice, I can't wait to see the car after it's done.

BTW... why are you selling it after all that work? You've got like... 2-3 other Maximas that you could sell off.

thanks,

this was in my original post

and that is why I didnt think you read it.

but yes the "only while I am working on the car" means temporary.

DLB I wouldnt do it on black or other really dark colors. The black around the handle doesnt show up on dark colors that much.

I mainly wanted to do it to be different but really like the smooth look...though it is a lot of work for something that is really subtle and non maxima lovers wouldnt even know I did anything. I did sell one of my Maximas but the other one is my wifes and she needs something to drive. I am not 100% sure its going to be sold but as it stands right now it will be.

hey I had them up for sale not that long ago...Diego almost bought them. If I keep the car I will be selling the R6s though because there is a light 18" wheel I want bad (not the rota) Only problem is that they are about 450 a piece so I cant get them if I dont find a good price on them.
