something wierd when i post

everytime i post, i see this blue circle thing on the envolope next to the new thread.....what does that mean?

I'm pretty sure it means you've posted on that thread. It does it for me too.

oh, so its just not me, it does that for everyone? i didnt notice this until i posted on the new server, i guess this is a new thing
