need some help from the peeps in hea.

sup peeps, maybe someone can help me out. when i start my car everyday it starts rough not smooth. until it warms up then it settles down but still a little rough. then my gauge lights and my head light flicker very lighty.last year i bought a new alternater and battery. this past winter my alternater got messed up then i went to change it and got another one. i noticed that lights and my gauges are flickering once again.what can this be. the last thing i put st springs 1.5 drop on my ride. i have a very rough ride i feel all the bumps. in the front driver side i hear some noise and the rear when i hit a bump it sounds like something is lose. is it beacuase of the springs i bought or my suspension is bad. again can someone help me i really dont want to get rid of my ride.

If you did the suspension yourself, chances are that little plate guard that goes under the bolting mechanism and on top of the last coil is loose. Mine was lose in the back, until i replaced my rears with low riders.
