i have a rattling somewhere in my sunroof hardware and i'd like to take the glass out and have a look back there. how difficult is this? more importantly, can i do it without upsetting the shims and adjustment screws? or will i have to recalibrate everything when i put it back together?

 

slide back your cloth cover thing, pop off the plastic caps on each side(pass and driver) that covers the screws. 4 screws hold it in place, done in like 10 minutes max. the shims are just a piece of metal on each side, so long as you dont move them u are a ok
