Havent u put in anything like Koni , Kyb or Tokico ? If that so , Thats the probably one of those reason that you would need to replace the struts n shocks. Its probably nothing to do with your ST springs . Its one of those sprint or Intrax that you should get.

i got kybs gr2 on them and the ride, like i said is really bad. i bounce the front end of my car and the rear end and it's very easy. so i don't know what can it be.

Well , I have kybgr2 that goes with sprint spring and it rides real good n smooth. Probably ya should go after sprint or intrax or it could be that your sturts r worn out but its impossbile and how long u ve had kybgr2 for ?

The eibach ll make a huge different for the ride but it wont look very much when u lower it . Most of em highly recommend sprint or intrax cuz it rides good and looks great . its one of those purpose reason.

hhmmmm.... I've been running KYB gr2s with Suspension Techniques springs for some time now... over a year... and haven't had that problem. Yeah, I wish I had Konis, but I can't complain one bit about the springs.

IMO if you don't want a harsh ride, don't lower your car.
