I need help finding cheapest VE new or used.

Does anyone know where to get the cheapest new or rebuilt VE? Or do you know of any used VE's in good condition please help. the cheapest rebuilt VE I have found is $2800 the cheapest used i have found is 1000 Thanks.

N34JZ is about to replace his engine and he did a lot of research. He's planning on getting a JDM engine that has about 30-40K miles on them.

i think hes looking for just the engine not the hole car although if its cheap enogh just buy a wrecked ve for a parts car i would but i have no where to put one
