first of all, what could this be that seems to have leaked out all over the manifold, and is it bad? its been there for a while and i havent taken any effort to clean it.




next, what is this? (the thing in the middle of the pic)




and last, is this prewire for the fogs??? (the wire with the marroon plug rubberbanded to the other cable)

#1.. looks like motor oil to me, but I can't really tell you.. try to clean it off with some engine cleaner or super clean. if it comes back, THEN worry about it.

#2. that's your ignition coil.. it's the device that veeds the high voltage course to your distributor.. don't touch the business end of that thing when the car is running or ignition is on.. unless you want to get ZAPPED!

1. Pssibly Brake Fluid or Oil

2. Your COIL WITHOUT a Cover on it (It should have one!!)

3. It might be, look closer and check it out.

oh i took the cover off for the picture, haha. yea the shot of the fog lights wires was just taken looking directly down over the left headlamp, theres the same plug on the other side too... ill clean my engine and see whether it somes back, i also took a pic of under the car but it didnt come out, but it looked like the transmition, and it had like same like layer of oil crap covering it (like the under of the car looked wet) hmmm... hope i dont have a prob. here....
