electrical problem....not enough power

92 GXE w/ UR underdrive pulley.

A while back I put in a Sony CD player. More recently I installed a Crimestopper keyless entry.

Whenever I lower my windows and then raise them, I can't raise all of them at the same time. I have to raise my rear two and then my fronts separately. It seems like I'm not getting enough power. Sometimes my radio will cut off when I raise my windows.

Did I tap the wrong 12V wires? My head unit is tapped at the driver's kick panel to the thick white wire to the far left. The keyless unit is tapped to the other white wire next to it.

Or is the problem related to the pulley?

This is so annoying. Thanks in advance.
