Quick headlight questiun

Quick headlight questiun
when i turn my headlights on to full beam they dont go at all, but they work on normal. Does this just mean i need new bulbs?
sorry i didnt search very well, cheers guys.

Sounds like your harness is "kaput". But then again, it also could be a relay gone bad. Check relays first, then the headlight harness.

it appears that the voltage coming out of the left hand harness on full beam is only 6v while the right is 12v, both sides work fine with the lights on normal... any ideas? wiring?
