fresh paint job

fresh paint job

just got my car out the shop...kept it the metallic gold champagne (the color the shop had) color....they did a ****ty *** job of coverin my windows up and the whole nine.....my question is if i use paint thinner or remover on the trim (around the windows,glass,etc)..do you guys think that will dry it out really bad or if there is a better solution...please let me know...preciate it!!

I would suggest you go back in there and ask them nicely to clean the car up for you. Since you used your hard earned money to have them paint it, least they could do is clean up the overspray.

you have a very valid point and i wanted to leave my car there to have them clean it up, but i've been with out my car for about 3 weeks now and i've been bummin rides off of everyone i could think of....really wasn't my hard earned money since some people hit me and i was gettin my fender and hood repaired....but i still payed for it...just really don't have it in my time schedule to leave the car with them...i'm go to work before they open and i get off by the time they close...thats why i was just gonna do it myself!! but i'ma call monday and see if they can stay open a lil later...preciate it!!!!

if there is overspray on the window glass it will come off easily with just a paper towel and windex, dont know about the trim tho...

razor blade and windex.Spray windex on the window use the razor to shave off the over spray be carful you could scratch the glass if you're not.
