New Front Brake Problems

Hey, I just put new front brake pads in my 93 GXE and I was getting drag and vibration, I asked for advice and was advised to machine the rotors. I decided to get new rotors. The drag was gone and most of the vibration until the first hard braking on the Hwy. Now the drag and the vibration is back.

(1) Could something else have gone wrong with the front brake assm???
IE: calipers, defective rotors

(2) Could the same problem be happening with the back brakes because the rotors are the old ones as well???

Could someone with more experience than I with brakes please send some advice,,, THANKS

Did you properly break the pads in? Brakes are alot like a clutch new pads and rotors need broken in preoperly or they don't work right. I don'r remember the exact sequence for braking them in but ot involves running up too and stopping from different speeds and allowing them to cool for a while. Rotors don't usually warp, the jerkiness is pad material depositing on the rotor because the pads got overheated. A couple of hard stops on brand new stuff could have caused deposits to form on the brand new stuff.
