Shifter bushing question

I've used the search and need some clarification. The bushing above the cat converter is called the shifter bushing, right? and the bushing where the cable meets the tranny is the linkage bushing?

I got the usual shifter in D but car in neutral problem.

Shifter Bushing is right

But the piece is called an "insulator" at the dealership. It's small and white, made of plastic. Cost me $1.51, and it took me about 10 minutes worth of work to put it in. Feels like showroom quality.
